The gorgeous updated kitchen with granite countertops is full equipped for your convenience and features a breakfast bar that can seat 4 and opens up to the spacious living room. The living room has a large walk out patio with its own private view. This is a wonderful space for family movie or game nights, or for simply curling up with a good book on the comfy couch.

The bedroom with king bed has plenty of storage space and has its own access to the back patio. The bathroom features a beautiful walk-in shower and has plenty of counter space. A conveniently located washer/dryer combo unit is also found here.

South Beach Marina is perfect for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The 5,000-acre Sea Pines resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. We loved our stay at this condo! It’s easily walkable to both the Atlantic Ocean waves and the Calibogue Sound. We loved watching the dolphins swim by! The condo was quiet and the area peaceful. The condo had everything we needed. My only complaint was the bed. It was too firm, and I slept on the sofa instead several nights, as a result, but that’s really personal preference.

Perfect location for quiet getaway

Check in process and getting parking pass was simple, and everything was as advertised no surprises whatsoever, loved how quiet and secluded location was unlike Coligny Beach which is where you want to go if you want chaos and crowded beach. Super clean place, with even a guest bag and a nice welcome card. Wonderful place to stay would love to return again!

Perfect Getaway!

We had the perfect week hanging out on the beach with the dolphins, biking, walking, fishing, horseback riding, taking the ferry to Daufuskie! We will be back. Best location we have been to in Sea Pines!

Fabulous Week!

The condo is fabulous, even better in person! Extremely clean and very well stocked! Great location. We have been coming to HH for 35 years, this is probably one of my favorite places we have stayed. Great for a couple or a single person. We will definitely be staying there again next year!

Bamboo has taken over the beach area

The beach and water was nasty. They need to clean up all the bamboo, it has taken over the beach area. We could not go out on the beach at high tide for all the bugs in the bamboo.

States its a first floor unit. It is technically. Seven steps up to landing, then four steps down to hall. 70 year old me did not enjoy those 11 brick steps.

Nice Getaway

Very nice condo, perfect for couple (a little crowded maybe for 4 adults). Easy access to local beaches and bike trails and the South Beach Marina shops/eateries. Loved it !

Great Location!

The villa was as advertised. We felt very comfortable staying here. Short bike ride to beach #16 in the morning and a very short walk to South Beach in the evening to watch the sunset. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and pickleball courts. Villa was very clean. We would stay here again!

Love Hilton Head and love this property

The property had lots of what you want in a vacation spot: proximity to eateries and a beach, clean and orderly, and outdoor space to lounge. I’d definitely rent this location again!

Loved it!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a quick 3 night stay. Very walkable to the beach and a few bars/restaurants, otherwise an easy drive out of Sea Pines. Highly recommend this area!

Nice but some issues

Upon arrival unit was clean and lovely. Strange odor in bathroom revealed dirty water standing in washing machine. Management was helpful offering clean towels and washing our laundry, but washer wasn't fixed and drain problems persisted.

Great Villa by the beach

My small family, 2 adults & 1 child stayed at the villa. It worked out really well as we could rent bikes and lock them up near our villa. We had a great time riding bikes around Hilton Head, walking & playing on the beach. We visited in early April so it was a bit chilly to swim but our 9yr old hopped in the pool for a bit one day. It was pretty crowded by the Salty Dog bar, restaurant & ice cream shop but we strategized when we would go by there. Most people wore masks and so we were able to navigate our outings in a way that felt safe while still having a great time. It was such a great experience that helped reset us during the pandemic. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

Bluff Villad

We have stayed in Bluff Villas several times and this villa is our least favorite of all we have stayed in. I would say it was adequate, it lacked closet space , would prefer a table to eat stand the furniture was not comfortable.
