Il nostro tre camere da letto / 2. Villa 5 bagno è situato nel Palmetto Dunes, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Si trova al Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, e molto vicino a molti altri. Hilton Head Island è di un giocatore di golf 'sogno'. Lunedi notte GRATIS Golf clinica. Expo Tennis gratuito nella serata di Lunedi. LIBERO 2 ORE DI TENNIS GIORNALIERO in base alla disponibilità. Vivere una vacanza indimenticabile per tutta la famiglia - tennis, kayak, equitazione, orologio Delfino, ecc Sconti speciali sui campi da golf, il tennis e il noleggio di kayak e canoe. Un servizio gratuito Dune Buggy viaggia in tutto Palmetto Dunes e Shelter Cove. La nostra casa di soggiorno ha un divano componibile, una scrivania, 50 "a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, e un impianto stereo. Il soggiorno si apre al ponte spazioso. Caffè del mattino sul ponte che si affaccia sulla laguna è un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, e comprende una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Tutti i letti sono materassi nuovi a partire da ottobre 2016. La camera da letto al primo piano ha un letto king-size e un bagno di collegamento. C'è un televisore 40 "a schermo piatto con lettore DVD in camera da letto principale. La camera principale offre accesso alla piattaforma dalla sua porta scorrevole. Il bagno principale è stato recentemente ristrutturato con un enorme cabina doccia. Primo piano ha anche una stanza di polvere.


Il secondo piano dispone di due ampie camere da letto - una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli. Un bagno collega le camere da letto. Entrambe le camere dispongono di 32 "televisore a schermo piatto e un DVD.

Lunedì sera non solo hanno una golf clinic gratuito e la mostra alle 4:00 p. m. al corso Jones, ma è anche la notte per la mostra il tennis alle 5:30 p. m a Palmetto Dunes Tennis. Godere di vino, birra o limonata e guardare i pro tennis giocano un partita emozionante.

Sedie a sdraio sono disponibili per il tuo divertimento anche.

Gustare il pranzo e / o cena presso il Dune House. Indoor e posti a sedere all'aperto disponibile. Fermatevi per un pasto delizioso, una bevanda rinfrescante e una vista mozzafiato migliore spiaggia di Hilton Head Island. Big Jim di è un altro ottimo ristorante a Palmetto Dunes. Big Jim di è sapere per deliziosi hamburger.

Hai dimenticato la crema solare o balsamo per le labbra, ecc, il Dunes House dispone di una vasta gamma di articoli vari.

Fully equipped with kitchen dishes, utensils, glasses etc. bedrooms and bathrooms had good linen supply for more than the five of us. Deck was a nice feature. Ample closet space in every room.

We had a great time. The downstairs was very nice. We felt that the upstairs was more suited for kids or young adults. However, this was a minor issue. Location was perfect for our needs. We would rent again.

Our stay was everything we could ask for, and more. The villa is very clean, roomy, and tastefully decorated, making it a cozy, comfortable place to relax and feel at home. While we did not cook any meals during our stay (just too many great restaurants to visit!), the kitchen was well equipped and ready for use! Working with our host was as quick and easy as could be expected...on a scale of 1-10, our host Kathy gets a 12! Add the 2 hours/day of free pickleball court time...who could ask for anything more? We will certainly be back to Palmetto Dunes, and this will be the first property we will look to rent!

Nice condo in Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes. Owner is ver friendly and responsive. Easy check in/out. Beach is about 15-20 minute walk, however there is an on call free shuttle service. I was disappointed by the pools, very simple and the area around them seemed to be neglected, not well maintained.

We loved the unit at Queens Grant! The location to the beach was walkable and my kids loved the close proximity to the General Store. The unit was clean and well equipped (the air fryer was a wonderful addition!) Tony and Kathy were extrememly easy to work with and so kind. Highly reccommend this unit!

Our stay was absolutely outstanding. The condo is perfect for a family, and the Jack and Jill bedrooms/bath upstairs was a huge plus. The updates to the condo make this place a great spot for your vacation. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to HHI.

My family and I had a wonderful week stay at this nice villa. Check-in was easy and the villa was just like in the photos. Owner gave good instructions for check-in and suggestions during our stay. Great location and villa is close to everything. We rode our bikes several times a day to different places close to the villa. The beach is a 10-13 min walk but there is a free shuttle to the beach if you don't want to walk. We enjoyed the free pickleball hours that were complimentary with this stay. Thank you. King bed was comfortable. No complaints. I would certainly stay here again!

The house was perfect for two families. We had plenty of space. It was about a 15 min walk to the beach. We never walked with our supplies, but to just get to the beach, it was a nice walk. Our hosts were quick to respond to a question and very helpful! :)

My group and I had a great experience staying here while celebrating graduating from college. It was the perfect place for us to come back to each night and unwind after some much needed relaxing on the beautiful beaches of HHI and Palmetto Dunes. Great host who was very quick to answer questions, and overall a great stay!

Beautiful spacious unit that has everything a family needs for a great vacation. The Villa is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach and a five minute bike ride to the tennis and Pickleball courts. Two hours a day of tennis/Pickleball time included is a definite plus! My teenagers also enjoyed the golf course driving range next to the pickleball courts. 10 minute bike ride in the opposite direction will get you to the Shelter Cove with all the restaurants, shops and amenities. Overall - great vacation spot.

We enjoyed our brief stay at your villa this past week. The location within Queens Grant was perfect! Your home is nicely decorated. We appreciated the fact your recently renovated kitchen was fully equipped. The villa was comfortable and clean upon arrival. Kathy was responsive to a few questions I had in advance of the trip. We enjoyed the sun each day and the pickleball courts (along with the free pickleball play)-. We would definitely rent again from Kathy and Tony in the future!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo close to Palmetto Dunes Courts... close enough to walk there as well as the beach. Loved having the two hour option to play tennis or pickleball. Well equipped kitchen and quiet neighborhood.

My friends and I got together for a small golf trip/relaxing beach trip and stayed in Kathy and Tony's condo in Queen's Grant. The accommodations were everything that was advertised and more. We loved the centrality of the location and everything we needed from a comfort and daily needs was provided in their condo. We had no issues while we were there so no need to contact the owners, but they were very responsive pre-arrival and the check in couldn't have gone any smoother or easier. Would definitely recommend this location for a group like ours, or a family needing a relaxing vacation!

This was not our first HHI vacation but our first in Palmetto Dunes. Wonderful location , nice bike trails General store with ice cream snacks and more. The condo was perfect! Very clean nicely decorated. There was not any beach toys or many extra things along that line but the condo was very comfortable we had everything we needed. We had an issue getting into the condo with the code but the owner was amazing and quick to call me with instructions! Would definitely stay here again.

Our family had the best time at the condo! The layout was perfect for my parents and young family. We had more than enough space and loved the proximity to the pool. Our favorite part was renting bikes and checking out the beach and dunes house! We hope to get back again next year.

Our family of five had a great time in this very well appointed and quiet property in the Palmetto Dunes resort at Hilton Head. It is close to everything and a 15-minute walk from the beach. The owners are very responsive and very nice people. This is a highly recommended property.
