This is our family's private home and it is in a location which we cherish. When you stay in this home, you have exclusive access to the entire property. Our philosophy is simple: we extend to our guests the same warmth and care we would seek for ourselves.

Nestled on Hilton Head Island, the SeaLaVie Beach House is a true hidden gem. Conveniently situated across from Islander's Beach Park, it grants exclusive beach access paired with a serene and secluded ambiance rarely found in such prime locations. Conveniently located near fantastic shops, dining spots, and activities, this property is the ideal holiday retreat!

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. Enjoy meals in the beautiful dining area or spend a lazy afternoon in rocking chairs on the deck.

Comfortable house in a great location. Short walk to the beach--HHI beach park has restrooms and outdoor showers. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our extended family. Would stay again!

Excellent location, easy and beautiful walk to the beach! The pool is visible from the condo which made it easy to communicate with the family.The layout and bedroom/bathroom configuration made it easy to accommodate everyone without feeding cramped. Hope we can return next year!

We stayed a week at the house to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We had adult children and grandchildren. This house was perfect for our group which was 10 in total.There's 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms so plenty of room for everyone. No waiting for a shower when you return from the beach.Beds are super comfy, everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Rocking chairs on the deck were a welcome quiet space .The house is very convenient to the beach, no driving just a short walk out the back gate and across the dunes to a beautiful beach which is perfect for adults and small children.Nice area to take an early morning walk. The community pool was very popular with the younger children.We had a great time making new memories and would love to return.Highly recommend this house for visit to Hilton Head.JP

as cousins, we don't see each other since we all live in different states. Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Maryland. this was the best place for us and to recharge our family dynamic. The condo was outstanding and very clean and the location was perfect. Hope to stay again!

The house was perfect for a girls weekend! We had plenty of space and only a short walk to the beach! The property owner was amazing and very responsive when we needed something. I would recommend staying here perfect for a family and friend trip

When we got there the entry code didn't work. I called the host and she said our reservation was cancelled!! She said the owner cancelled due to non payment. I paid in full on June 26th 2024. The owner called me and said I never paid. I told him it was paid in full back in June 2024.So come to find out she Never paid the owner! What a disaster! What would have happened if when we got there it was rented to someone else?? There was one bedroom with no TV and the mattress was as hard as a rock. There were no cleaning supplies available. Which would have been helpful. The host gave us the wrong password for the WiFi. It took 2 days to make ice. There was no salt or pepper available which would have been nice. The bathtubs were extremely slippery. The first night taking a shower two of us nearly slipped and fell. All of us are in our 60's and that could have been a disaster! You need some kind of mats or something. I could go on but I'll leave it at that.no TV and the mattress was as hard as a rock.

We came here for a few days after celebrating the life of our dad/papa. It was a perfect place for us to be together and have a beautiful place to grieve and share together.
