Escape to paradise on the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island!

Let your stress melt away in this beautifully renovated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath villa in Hilton Head Report, in the highly sought-after Building 1.

This beautiful condo features 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: queen; Bedroom 2: full and twin bunkbeds) to comfortably sleep 6, with 2 full bathrooms.

Located in Building 1, this villa has been thoroughly renovated and freshly painted. This beautifully appointed ocean & lagoon-facing villa features an upgraded kitchen with quartz countertops, new cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have tiled showers and comfort-height vanities. The primary bathroom features a large double vanity for plenty of space to get ready. Located in the closest building to the ocean (Building 1) with its own pool, this villa comes with everything you could possibly need to make sure your vacation is enjoyable and memorable. Come enjoy the beautiful lagoon and golf course views off your private balcony and have a cup of coffee during sunrise as the birds come into the lagoons and marshes. You're likely to catch a sighting of our resort alligator who enjoys sunning in the lagoon directly off the balcony. This villa is centrally located to all resort amenities, steps from the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, boardwalk, and beach shuttle (operational times may vary).

Living & Dining Room: The living room contains a sofa and chair along with 46 inch flat screen. The dining room contains a round 4 top table with 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Off the back of the living room is our balcony that overlooks the lagoons with fountains and a golf course. The patio includes chairs and a table. FREE WI-FI & CABLE INCLUDED

Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, all cookware, utensils, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and microwave. Don’t want to cook? Order from the Island Grill and Deli, located steps from the front door, or enjoy a meal overlooking the beach at Coco’s. (Coco's and Island Grill are open March - November)

Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom faces the ocean side and has a queen-sized bed with pillowtop mattress, dresser with 32’ flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, plenty of closet space, and a private bath with vanity and walk-in shower.

Guest Room: The guest room includes 3 separate beds with a full-size bed, and twin bunk beds. Guest room features plenty of storage space and TV. Outside the guest room is the 2nd full bathroom with a shower and comfort height vanity.

Resort: Hilton Head Resort provides a resort and personal residence experience at a value found nowhere else on Hilton Head Island. Our gated resort contains two outdoor pools (open March - October), one heated indoor pool with a hot tub (one of only a couple indoor pools on the island!), sauna, and kiddie pool. There are six lighted tennis and pickleball courts, an indoor jogging track, and a gym with exercise equipment. All resort amenities are included FREE with your stay. Bike rentals (located in Building 2) can be delivered to your villa or bring your own and lock them up to our bike racks located near the pool in Building 1. Free wireless internet is available at the indoor pool and in the villa.

Take a short walk (5 minutes or 2/10 of a mile), or a shorter ride via the beach shuttle (May-September), across our private boardwalk to our secluded part of the beach. The scenic walk over the saltwater marsh provides an up-close experience to the wildlife which includes egrets, herons, and crabs. Throughout the boardwalk, you will find educational signs and places to sit and enjoy the serenity that is all around. At the beach, stop by the famous Coco's, and grab some delicious food and drinks, play a game of beach volleyball, or simply enjoy miles of beautiful beaches. Other resort features include The Beach Bear (Opening Spring 2024 - dining and bar), tanning deck (building 2), badminton, pickleball courts, tennis courts, 24-hour security, 2 laundry facilities in each building, and elevators in all buildings.

Other: Included with our rental we offer a variety of items that will provide enjoyment during your stay, including a beach cart, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and play toys (items may vary as guests leave beach items and discard broken items throughout the season).

Loved the ice maker in the freezer! Provided really nice beach chairs. Wagon handle is broken so its not really usable to pull. The villa was great! The view was so relaxing to wake up to in the mornings. Thank you for allowing us to rent your villa!

Beautiful HHI

We had a very nice time in Hilton Head. The location to the beach is wonderful, only about a 7 minute walk on the well kept boardwalk. The community itself is older and you can tell with the shape of the buildings, but the grounds were clean and kept up. Unit is in building one which has a nice outdoor pool ground level and is the closest to the boardwalk to the beach. Location of resort seemed to be mid island so easy to go either direction. The unit itself was clean, had a nice little porch with a great view, but I would say for a family of 5 it was a little cramped for us. Having 2 bathrooms was great, but the bedrooms were small and there wasn't a lot of room to store things as one of the bedroom closest was full with beach gear (which was nice to have) and other odds & ends. I did see lockers on the ground level which seemed like it would be a more ideal place to store the beach gear in my opinion. The unit while has some recent upgrades still could use some repair, but really not a detriment to the stay. We didn't have any extra trash bags or dish soap which I am assuming was an oversight from the cleaners. Honestly I think my biggest gripe was how squeaky the bed in the master bedroom was. We had a toddler in a pack & play next to the bed so maybe bothered us more than it would bother anyone else. Aside from a few issues in the unit, we had a great stay and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Her unit really couldn't be located in a better spot!

Hilton Head Vaca

This condo was clean and updated. The unit was in the closest building to the beach, but was still a LONG boardwalk walk to get there. They offer golf cart rides if needed. The waves on this beach were AWESOME! My sister stayed a ways down the beach at the Westin and they had NO waves. Cocos on the beach was very cute. The host was VERY easy to contact and responded right away. We had a great trip!

Wonderful, clean property

This is a wonderful condo! Recently updated. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are new. Jenna, the property owner, is very kind and quick to respond to any questions. The walk to the beach is about 10 mintues on a very nice boardwalk through the marsh with beautiful scenery. The pool is large and can get crowded during the day. The pool bar staff is very friendly and makes delicious drinks. Parking is easy and close to the building. The location of the resort is pretty central on the island with quick access to shopping, groceries, restaurants. We definetly plan to return next year!

Perfect family spot

This properly was the perfect family spot. It was modern, clean and the perfect size to spend a week. The pool and pool deck/area were amazing for the family (especially the kids). The straight shot down the boardwalk to the gorgeous beach was more than ideal and one of the main reasons we opted for this property. Load your beach cart, down the elevator and off to the beach. Everything about this place was easy except leaving.

Convenient location and nice place

Overall this was a good location. The place has multiple pools and a bar. You can walk across the pier to get to the beach. All the shops are within a 5 minute drive. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would improve was the cleaning service, they left sand all over the beach stuff and a dirty rag in my bathroom floor. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and very helpful.

Great location in the (“summer”) building with the outdoor pool and very quick access to the boardwalk to the beach. In reality, however, any of the 4 buildings has quick and easy access if you are willing to walk a little. The apt is located behind the restaurant on the first floor, so there is no view of the pool itself, just the top of a building. Not ideal. The balcony has a pleasant view of the small lake and marsh, so that is a big plus. Their were a number of things broken or not functioning at the property, such as window blinds, recliner, and bedroom ceiling fan and rattling vent. Owner was contacted, so hopefully these get fixed. There was also little to none in the way of needed items, such as shampoo, soap, cooking spray, condiments, dish soap and sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee, etc. These aren’t always included, though most of the VRBOs i have used include some, especially when price is a little higher than comparables. Just saying bring your own or be prepared to hit the Kroger down the street for bare necessities. Beach chairs, pull cart, boogie boards and a few beach toys included. In general, this apt had many nice upgrades, as pictured, and location was convenient, and with a few fixes, it would be a good choice. It’s not the best VRBO we stayed in, but you don’t go to HH and stay at this resort to be in your room all the time. Enjoy!

Relaxing Stay

The property and amenities were nice but it was quite a far walk to the beach. The unit was very clean but the furnishings could use some updating, beds were soft and uncomfortable. Overall we had a nice relaxing getaway.

Clean, Close to Beach, all the amenities!

We loved our stay at Jenna’s property at the Hilton Head Resort! We’ve been to Hilton Head several times, but never to HH Resort & this location took the cake. We immediately noticed how clean the condo was & how well-equipped it was (coffee maker, towels/linens provided, beach gear/chairs/cart). The beds were very comfortable & AC worked well. We only wished for room-darkening curtains to keep our kids asleep a little longer, but extra blankets over the shades worked :) We didn’t truly realize how close to the beach it was until we got there. Walking down the boardwalk directly down from this building was a breeze. Even the kids did fine on the walk (we never utilized the shuttle) thanks to the cart provided for all the gear. Coco’s beach bar was our favorite spot- we ordered drinks & food from there several times and it had the best vibe and view! Although the outdoor pool was cold and indoor pool not able to be used during our stay, we spent most of our time on the beach. This truly is the best location to getting to other spots on the island for dinners out, etc- it’s very centrally located and we walked to the shopping center up the road (Shelter Cove) several times for shopping, dinner & ice cream. We appreciated Jenna’s hospitality and how easy she was to reach with questions while we were there. We will definitely be back!! :)

Easter Family Weekend

Great family weekend with three teens. Excellent location to go back and forth to the beach and enjoy the view from the porch. Coco’s was a great spot to hang out. Also spent time at the outdoor pool. Didn’t visit any of the other amenities at the complex. We were looking for a casual spot for the weekend and this was a great match.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and fully furnished with everything you needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Our view was great and we even saw the alligator in the lagoon behind us. The boardwalk made it easy to get to the beach. Hoping to be back some day!

Loved our HHI stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Jenna was a great host with excellent communication! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It is nicely updated. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. We really enjoyed the balcony. The view was so pretty! Having the wagon was so helpful for hauling chairs to the beach. Also, It was so nice not to have to pack all our beach chairs this trip. If we return to Hilton Head, we would certainly consider staying here again.

Great Beach Get Away

The host Jenna is great. Friendly, informative, always available whenever a question arose and very responsive. The Villa is neat and clean with a cute beach theme. Bathrooms are updated and are a key feature. Primary bathroom with a double vanity allows plenty of room for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals whether you are there for the weekend or an extended stay as my wife and I enjoyed. My wife prepared meals almost every evening and found the kitchen to be perfect and very efficient for our needs. The authenticity of a host's description of a property is a key element in meeting renter's expectations. Every key point Jenna lists about the villa itself and the Resort is factual. My wife and I are dedicated beach walkers. The villa is located in the building closest to the boardwalk so access to the beach via the boardwalk is a prime feature of this unit. We enjoyed not having to navigate parking lots, traffic, etc. The view of the estuary from the boardwalk makes for an interesting and enjoyable experience. The estuary empties into the ocean just north of the beach access. This natural barrier almost creates a private beach for the residents of Hilton Head Resort. The location of this villa along with the low density of people make this a major benefit for renters. In summary, this villa along with the location of Hilton Head Resort make this a good value whether you are looking at a weekend retreat or an extended stay.

My Sister and I arrived the evening of the 3rd. The weather was beautiful and the rental was perfect. Unfortunately the rest if our stay was hampered by a lot of rain most of our stay. So we ate at great resturants, shopped and visited the places we could between rain bursts. The host was responsive to our questions and the rental was comfortable and cozy with a lively view from the balccony.

Great Getaway!

First, Jenna is extremely easy to work with and very informative about everything which made things super easy. Check in is a piece of cake. The room was clean and had a cute beach theme. If I had to be nit-picky the only thing would be the room is not very big... however, it is plenty big enough for a family of 5 like we had. They have everything you need for your stay off you want to blend drinks or even cook at home. Overall this was a nice place to stay and our kids didn't want to leave. We'd stay here again for sure and we had a wonderful, relaxing, and fun time!
