“The apartment was really nice and had fantastic views. I woke up every morning and saw whales breaching in the far distance, which was very exciting. It is currently whale season. Binocular wouod be great to take. They were mostly far out but it was super exciting. Out the lounge room window, you could see the river. The accommodation was about 1 minute walk to the beach. There was a tram stop really close to the accommodation, which took you up to Cavill Ave, which is where Woolworths was. It...

“The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”

“Room had everything needed for travelling with kids. Great views and easy access to the water and all that Surfers Paradise has to offer. Beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was a nice treat at the end of the day. Staff were also very helpful with all our questions. Would certainly stay here again!”

“A short walk to central Surfers Paradise. Plenty of street parking for our visitors and free parking for guests. Clean, well presented, nice staff, excellent price. Photos represented apartment well. There was a construction site nearby which did not trouble us with noise. The lobby looks like it used yo have a bar and dining but doesnt seem to be operating at the moment. Lifts were all operational and quick. Little balcony was great and could see the ocean. For the price, excellent value. ”

One Bedroom Ocean-View Apartment | Vista del balcone

“Compared to other apartment based properties, this one was the absolute best in the area by far. We stayed in the one bedroom superior ocean view. The view was amazing and with binoculars you can see whales in the distance. Everything was clean and tidy. Large fridge/freezer and gas cooking stove. Everything was in working order. It came with a bath as well as a shower. The bed was actually a king size, not a queen or two doubles pushed together like other places fool you into using. Xanadu...

“La prima sistemazione che mi hanno dato non era perfetta, la stanza era datata con la moquette diventa ed un ospite indesiderato. Poi ho chiesto di cambiare stanza e devo ringraziare la signora alla reception (Vanessa) la quale si è adoperata per accontentarmi, ho dovuto attendere due ore in più ma alla fine il risultato è stato ottimo. La stanza era grande (un appartamento), pulito, vista mare.”

“Where do I start...I only stayed one night, and I wish I had stayed longer. Not only was the property beautiful, but the staff were wonderful - welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. The apartment was so incredibly clean and had everything I needed. The view was stunning, I had ocean views and views of the river. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy (was $15 extra). I honestly wish I could give more stars :D Can't wait to stay again! ”
