“Location to beach was great however construction noise in and around hotel was very bad. Room was okay however small, dark and dated.”

“ Nice modern Apartment but had a mouldy smell when we walked in. Aircon vent was dirty/mouldy. Balcony table was rusty. Tea bags seemed old/stale. Yeah not very happy with the stay. Old school keys and fob. Don't think we'll go back there.”

“Check in and parking was easy. Room was clean and close to all ammenities. However reprimanding of children running amock was sadly lacking. Staff should have spoken to the parents, and not the children themselves.”

“We found the location ideal it was actually our second choice originally were going to stay at burleigh heads. Oh boy we were very glad we picked Kirra. And XKirra to stay was perfect for us.”

“The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”

“After hours check in was not good. Didn’t utilise the after hours box outside. Waited 30 minutes for someone. Great apartment though.”
