“I just stayed here one night on my way from Picton to Franz Joseph. 2 hour car ride from the Ferry. My ferry was late so the staff made arrangements for me get my key as I arrived after hours. Electric blanket was a nice touch.”

“The couch in our unit had completely collapsed at one end. Not sure why no staff had seen it as it was blatantly obvious. I spoke to reception about it and they did look at transferring us to another room but no rooms available of the size we needed.
