“The couch in our unit had completely collapsed at one end. Not sure why no staff had seen it as it was blatantly obvious. I spoke to reception about it and they did look at transferring us to another room but no rooms available of the size we needed. “We've been here for few days. The room was really big, clean and comfortable (with dvd player and a lot of dvds to rent from the reception!). Wifi works very well and the owners are very very kind and nice. The best place absolutely in Nelson!!!!!”
