“I only stayed one night, arrived late and then found my VISA card was still not working... honestly the reception & restaurant staff could not have been more understanding and helpful. All was sorted and for just one nights stay I was treated like a VIP!! ”

“Excellent room, 3 beds which was oerfect for us at the end, with a small kitchen that allowed us to cook and eat when needed. Location was excellent being near the beach, with the pub and restaurants nearby suitable for us. Would stay here again if in Nelson, enjoyable stay”

“Great views from the Harris suite. The room was really lovely and spacious. We really liked the private decking area. The host was really friendly and helpful, and provided breakfast early so that we could check out early. Would have loved to have stayed longer. ”

“The room was spotless, and he upgraded us to the spa room. The service was outstanding. The owner was so kind and generous. He picked us up at the airport because we had to drop off the car a day early, and then took us back to the airport the next day. He recommended places to eat and see. Very kind, helpful, and the accomodations were great. The one thing I loved the most is the the vanity mirror was next to a window so it was easy to to see to put on your makeup. Highly reccomend Arcadia...
