“Everything was great”

“The couch in our unit had completely collapsed at one end. Not sure why no staff had seen it as it was blatantly obvious. I spoke to reception about it and they did look at transferring us to another room but no rooms available of the size we needed. I asked if they could just replace the couch but they said they couldn’t. Also no spare blankets in any of the wardrobes. One night was cold and no electric blankets either. “So convenient to the beautiful Sandy beach and a large selection of activities. Great shopping from Nelson to Richmond. Well priced and very helpful and friendly staff😘”
