“We had a lovely stay in the A-Frame! It was such a an easy drive to nearby hikes and North Conway. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a campfire, a movie, and the Sonos speakers. We wished we had stayed longer, and will definitely be back!”

“We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

“I’m not sure where to even start with this review. All I can say is “what a view” every morning we woke up to the beauty of Thomas Pond. Every night we went to bed under a sky full of stars. The home is a perfect lakeside retreat. Comfortable for our family of 3 and 2 more guests in the guest house. We could have all stayed in the main home but the separate homes was perfect for our situation. Fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking off of the pier every day was so much fun. Great kitchen to cook...

“The house was exactly as described in the post and the pictures were also exactly as we found the house. The beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed with all pats, pans, cutting boards, etc needed for cooking. Lots of games to play on a rainy day too. This place was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect, 5 minutes to Cranmore, 15 mins to Attitash. 10 minute walk to Main Street. Everything was perfect. ”

“Check in was convenient. The location was great for renting a boat, getting gas, paddling and kayaking. Plenty of room inside, great size kitchen and appliances. Washer and dryer on same floor a bonus. sleeping accommodations primarily in basement except for master on third floor and 2 twins only on main floor, the rest in basement and one is shared with the water heater system and pump system lull you to sleep. “We had an incredible stay at this Standish, Maine property! The view of the lake was absolutely gorgeous, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. “If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This was by far the best place I've ever stayed. I chose this house for a girls weekend for myself and a few friends. The house was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Our host, Art, has the home stocked with everything you could ever need (or forget at home). He responds quickly and is so friendly and accommodating! “Overall we had an amazing stay. The home was clean and welcoming. Whenever we had a question Mike and Holly were very quick to respond. The area around the home is beautiful and there is plenty of privacy. The first floor was a little warm during the day but cooled off very quickly once the sun went down. ”
