“This was a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay very much. A few amenities missing in the room but we never asked about them so they might have been quickly resolved. ”

“When we got to Haley’s our efficiency reeked of smoke. We went back to reception and explained to the nice person there, we could not stay I. That room. Lucky for us they had another property in Holmes Beach, up in the residential area behind Hurricane Hanks. That set of efficiencies was AWESOME! I would pick there over Haley’s any time. Driftwood Efficiency/ go there! ”

“We came in 2 days early staying in condos, and this was the perfect place to hang our hat until our place was ready. The breakfast was fantastic and we even came back for happy hour at the hotel bar during our stay in the condos”

“Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with ”

“Property and location is great. Rooms could Use some upgrading as we had peeling paint in our shower. Staff was awesome though and great morning breakfast. Super friendly and I would reccomend this hotel. ”

“Great location and everything very close by. The beach was a 5 min walk, the onsite pool was great and there are lots of options for charter boats right outside the front door! ”

“Was never able to check in as the property could not be reached. The number was disconnected.”

“Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists.”
