“Positives: Location was GREAT. It’s right by the LYNX blue line light rail and not far from Amtrak station. The property was clean and gave Boho modern chic vibes. The property staff were pleasant and accommodating while in the building during business hours. Good for short stays. Negatives: checking in was HORRIBLE! I’m happy I caught the staff before 5pm because I struggled to complete the pre-check in and the check in on the lobby Kiosk. You’ll be chatting with a bot if you need assistance...

“Bathroom needed a little better touch up. You can see very clearly of the damages done.”

“The only upgrades were done. We’re in the bathroom and they put fresh towels on it, but the beds were terrible. They were like sleeping on spring. They advertise the pool, but there was no pool. It was under a cover and closed for multiple months, but I safely got out of there with my life.”

I promptly said I can not do stairs and she informed me they are not that bad. I asked about an elevator and was promptly told the only elevator on property serviced the Residence.
