Everyone on the staff went out of their way to be friendly and provide top notch service from the moment we pulled up the driveway.
We had a room with 2 Queen-size beds that seemed larger than pictured on the websites. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant Lacroix was great and again, the staff was so friendly.
The room was clean and decorated more modern/fresher than the photos showed. The photos made the rooms look so yellow but it was more neutral, like a light...

Poi oltre il danno la beffa perché gii abbiamo anche scritto e ci hanno detto che non era vero e che avevamo rifiutato di farci pulire le camere. Mai più pernotteremo in un hotel Sofitel.
