“Breakfast was Good Great historical room. Little cold in our room in March. Extra space heater didn't work.”

“Very clean property. We were able to check-in early with no problem or added charges. Very safe property. The kids loved the indoor pool as it was raining and outside air quality was hazardous due to those Canadians. Would stay again. Great value as well.”

“Our room and breakfast were pretty nice. The hotel is a bit out of the way for restaurants (other than the pizza place next door), but only 5 minutes from Baraboo by car. I loved that half of the Jacuzzi was outside. the check-in-day receptionist was polite but did the bare minimum -- offered no information at all on breakfast, wifi, and where the amenities are located. While the hotel is only 3 years old, the water fountains did not work, the lock on the swimming pool door usually did not...

“The toilet seat was ready to fall off. The TV remote was impossible to use. Needed instructions for the remote. Kids in the pool were unsupervised.”

“Where the wall and shower floor meet had a couple places missing caulk. In addition the beds are way too soft and the couch/sitting area was not comfortable. The biggest issue was the curtain over the air conditioner were not long enough and let in the parking lot lights. An additional desk chair and an ottoman would have made a huge difference of the comfort of the stay as we were there just to relax in quiet in the room.”

“Very cute Schitt's Creek vibe - Beds were VERY comfy. Our room had a personal patio out front - kids loved the pool and of course, the Noah's Arc passes were put to good use!”

“My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it.”

“The bed, towels and sheets were nice. The bathroom was incredibly small but it was nice having the sink outside. Not meant for tall people according to my husband. It was quiet, and a reasonable size. The phone doesn't work to get a hold of the front desk 😒 The air didn't work right in our room either and when I went down to the desk there was no one there”

“The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts.”
