“The accommodation/peoperty is in good condition and has been very well maintained as a heritage Victorian type architecture. The sitting area at the back was a bit messy and not well kept. It was great having a shared common dining room and sitting areas where we could relax, enjoy a cup of tea or a drink at the end of the day or in the mornings. “Residenza storica di Hobart, una delle attrazioni da vedere della città. Sembra di trovarsi dentro ad un romanzo di Agatha Christie per l'atmosfera che si respira, sembra che il tempo si sia fermato. Ciò nonostante offre ottimi servizi, pulizia e personale efficiente e disponibile 24h. Stanze ampie con mobilia d'epoca, edificio completamente ricoperto in moquette. Al piano terra è presente un pub ed un ristorante.”

“Staff are very busy so expect wait in line to check in, ask a question, get in to breakfast. Also breakfast items were not restocked quickly enough. No bowls and no one to ask, no cups for juice(did get restocked), pastries slow in putting out more. Juice wasn’t cold. Great position, close to everything, staff doing their best but could do with more staff in our opinion, they all were very busy. Told valet car was out the back when it was out the front as well. ”

“The hotel was nice, the parking is a joke. Motorcycles parking valay wanted 30 bucks each. They donr ide bikes, expect you to walk 2 blocks in full bike gear carrying your iwn luggage and try to charge you 30 bucks ontop of your hotel room for same. 11 bikers from Melbourne had a very heated conversation with the manager who looked about 15 years old, who said well you can always go park somewhere elses if you dont.like it. ”
