The onsite butler carried out his work so quietly we hardly knew he was there, but was always available to give friendly travel advice or assistance. “My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 10am. No further complaints, the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. I enjoyed the recommendations given by reception when we were looking for restaurants in the area. Soo close to Salamanca Markets without being able to hear any noise or music from the market. Even while staying in the mountain view room!”

One regrettable incident occurred when the receptionist addressed the staff unprofessionally, in front of the customer, in which this case shouldn't happen.”
