“Took non smoking room but it was and the staff helped me to switch but not helpful”

“We had a handicapped suite with the no curb shower. The curtain needs to be a little longer as the shower sprayer went onto the floor.”

“Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Chairs in breakfast area need to be replaced. When you sit down you just keep going lower. This is not only unexpected but also makes it more difficult to stand back up for anyone with mobility issues. We also got locked out of our room after already leaving stuff inside. They needed to call in maintenance to repair lock. On duty staff were very supportive, but I expected to hear something from the hotel manager the following day...

“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“A little hidden and would have been difficult to locate without the use of GPS. Adequate parking, lobby close to elevators and a large lounge and dining area. The staff was very helpful , the breakfast was expensive. Good restaurants near by though.”

“From the moment I walked in, the vibes were off. The front desk staff did not greet me and acted as if I was being a burden by being there. Gave me two rooms like I had booked and initially would not accommodate them being on the same floor but after a minute they were able to find adjacent rooms?Both rooms were dirty , smelled like marijuana and the sofa beds either had dirty grime on them or blood stains and hair from a previous guest on the blanket. They changed rooms for me, but accidentally...

“I was a little disappointed when upon exiting the shower I opened a towel to find it yellow with brown steaks. I reported to the front desk upon leaving and she was very responsive. I have stayed many times with this company I hope this was just a mishap. I do enjoy everything about this hotel company.”
