Hotel a Indian Head

“Room nice size. Parking good. Room clean but burn holes in blanket and outlet cover broke. But the bathroom was spotless! Good value for price. No breakfast but coffee.”

“While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property.”

“Staff at check in very helpful. Room very clean but public areas lobby halls etc dingy need deep cleaning and tlc. Lights and outlets next to bed did not work. HVAC fine. Shower was abysmal. Not enough pressure to rinse out shampoo or soap. Either head is clogged or pipes inadequate. Either way very medicore stay. Breakfast pretty bare or basic. Look elsewhere ”

“Hotel molto pulito, personale gentilissimo. Stanze comode e spaziose. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente. ”

“I was unable to sleep. People were blasting music and partying in the room all night. After call the front desk, nothing resolved the issue. It was a waste a money for such a nice property. Really would like my money back for the inconvenience.”

“Dirty room, no toilet paper in our room or at the hotel at all. There was one employee working, they brought us a half used roll of toilet paper. Sketchy area.”

“Parking was interesting, on a hill, so unique. Construction was being done at the facility, which was dusty. Noise was restricted to daylight hours, so that was ok. Rooms were clean and had pleasant smells. The breakfast was somewhat cold if you did not go first thing. Selection was good. Hard time opening the doors to rooms, had to switch room due to faulty fridge and the doors on both were a challenge. They appear to be older key models.
