“The St Ives is a really family friendly hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids entertainment was very good. If I had one critique it would be that the £9 charge for a kids meal is quite expensive for a two year old. Maybe under 5’s should eat for less? It didn’t spoil our break though. “Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. “I stayed in the “ Secret Garden “ room. It is situated on the top floor and lovely and quiet. The room is AMAZING. Its near to a lovely little park which is a one minute walk which leads to shops, bars and restaurant's. There is no reception at the hotel however there is a telephone number to call, and i called as i wanted a late checkout and they were really helpful. ”
