“Hotel molto grande e curato. Le stanze sono enormi e pulite. Ci sono tutti i comfort per un bel soggiorno. Non è nel centro di Phoenix, bensì a Mesa un quartiere distante mezz'ora.”

“Room was dirty it had a smellto a bad smell restroom will not clean properly fridge I had in room it was leaking so much also I have found so many cockroaches in a room as soon as I got inside the room and had the bed bugs managers we're not respectfully I had told a manager the next morning I bought the cockroaches they seem it was not issue with it seem like he didn't care they had roaches inside the room and top of that I payed online they said wen I got to office to check in that I had pay...

“Honestly not a fan of how they try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. $50 for Walt check in is absolutely crazy, especially when your check in time is 4pm, an on average most places do check in at 3pm. ”

Mi è stata proposto cambio stanza ma dopo aver visto le altre stanze che erano conciate peggio sono rimasto nella mia!! Sporcizia e cattivo odore ovunque, buchi sui muri, lenzuola macchiate e bucate!!! Insomma un’incubo…inoltre forniscono un solo asciugamano che deve servire per nani, viso e parti intime!!! “DO NOT STAY HERE!! Avoid it, as this property is being changed under another name so the hotel is a mess and doesn’t provide what it promises. We had stayed here before multiple times but now it was completely different. We had always returned because we had a nice experience but after this time never coming back. Room was dirty and the AC did not work properly, they did not provide enough towels; only ONE!! For two people, no facial towel nothing else. When I requested more towels they told me...
