“If you’re looking for a minimalist, trendy and clean hotel look know further. The bed is very comfortable with the softest sheets. The donuts and coffee in their outdoor common area was a tasty surprise. There’s a healthy food market/deli across the street, a good brew pub on the corner and a donut shop within walking distance. Other than that, South Oceanside and this hotel are car/UBER dependent.”

“Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Clean room and property, Breakfast included and free parking. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back.”

“What a great room for the family! The grounds are pretty with unique plants. There’s no pool but it’s one street to the beach. The hotel has sand buckets and folding chairs to use. On Wed evenings there’s a street market two blocks away. Great restaurants everywhere. I loved the clean, fresh-smelling pillows and sheets.”

“Our initial room had an odor, so they quickly moved us, but unfortunately, in the process of doing that, we can only get a room without a kitchenette. Not a big deal. The pool area and hot tub are great, a nice view off into the ocean and within walking distance to virtually everything you’ll need.”

“This property is adjacent to the 5 Freeway and the highway noise in my room overlooking the road was very annoying. The wi-fi service was spotty and very low quality.”

“Everything was nice my only complaint is they need to update the TVs. Was kinda disappointed I couldn't login to Netflix, overall it was very comfortable!!”

“Just need to be a bit cleaner inside the room. Mattress is older and has clear stains on in. No toilet paper dispenser in bathroom. Water takes 3-5 minutes to get warm after you begin running it.”

“This hotel didn't have anything as stated in their description. The tub leaked, the bathroom facet was loose, and we had to ask for tools and shampoo. Our feet were black from walking on the floor. To get clean towels we had to give them towels to get clean ones. The pool is under repair and not available.”

“Stayed for one night 6/6. Front desk looked nice and clean. When I go to the room, it needed a lot of repair. Wall paper was peeling all over the walls, was not able to access WiFi, no signal on tv for about 5 minutes. Mirror closet doors base needed a deep cleaning, bottom doorway to the restroom was missing, restroom floor needed a deep cleaning and bugs were found in the restroom.”

“Posto stupendo ideale per rilassarsi, dalla hall alle camere tutto perfetto! Fronte mare con il rumore delle onde che cullano ad ogni ora, piscina pulita aperta fino a sera con bar per pranzare, servizio di sdraio in spiaggia gratuito. Insomma tutto impeccabile!”
