“Very clean , staff very nice”

“Room was completely overpriced at $179 with broken fixtures throughout the entire room. Sink was inoperable. Room smelled like vinager and stale cigarettes.”

“I never heard that I couldn't have a receipt because I booked through a 3rd party! No hand soap in the room, only body wash, shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom, strange 🤔. I was only staying 1 night, the room was clean. Breakfast was fine too.”

“The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.”

“Very cheap feeling. Overwhelming smell of smoke. Sheets, room, and clothes all smelled like smoke. But they also used something to try and mask the smell of the smoke. Did not feel safe”
