In viaggio con la famiglia per la California e con l'obiettivo di visitare Carmel e Monterey per un paio di giorni abbiamo prenotato questo albergo per trovare una soluzione accettabile come confort e prezzi in una località vicina. Scelta sbagliata. Hollister è distante 45' almeno di traffico intenso da tali frequentate località a tutte le ore. L'albergo è sperduto in un posto desolato. “Expedia had sent the motel my Email screen name instead of my actual name which I was not aware of though I had written my name in Expedia process. When I arrived the managers said that I was not registered. I showed them my confermation from Expedia which had both confirmation number and screen name which would quickly resolve this misunderstanding as they could have checked either which was on the motel's list. They did not. They said the only resolution was to cancel Expedia and pay higher...
