Bad communication but beautiful location
My fiancé and I stayed here off season and it was a beautiful place right on the water but we had a lot of issues with the property manager (vacasa). They require a rental agreement to be signed, which we signed off the day we book but the company continued to contact me through phone calls and texts to let me know that we needed to sign the document or we wouldn’t get the information to check in. I contact their team through the Vrbo app and received multiple messages from a multiple “agents” from their team and I stated to think this might be a scam. Finally someone confirmed we signed and we received the check in details. The day we checked in I received a phone call around 5pm letting me know the document still needed to be signed. At this point we had already checked into the property and were settling in. On the phone I informed the agent that the documents were signed and that we were already at the property. While I had an agent on the phone I also mentioned that the WiFi they claimed would have no password did indeed have a password. The agent said she would contact the “local team” to assist. They proceeded to contact me multiple times over our stay with what felt like random possible WiFi passwords. Not a single password worked. On our last day I finally reached out to Vrbo to see if they could assist (really just wanted to wind down that night with a movie) and still the issue continued. This company was awful to work with and took up my vacation time.
