“Bungalow 4 is a joke. It reeks of chlorine, the AC is super loud and you have view if the tv screen over the pool. It feels like they turned a maintenance closet into a room. Its sucks, the hotel sucks, we left early and went somewhere else”

“We were Expedia VIP guests, yet the staff was extremely rude to us. When we booked the hotel, it clearly stated that free parking was included. However, upon arrival, the front desk did not honor this promise. In addition, we were assigned a very noisy room. Although it was on the third floor, it was located next to a main road, and hundreds of motorcycles passed by throughout the night.
