“The property was extremely clean and the staff were ALL so courteous, friendly, helpful and amazing. The kitchen was well equipped; however, it would be nice to have a small bottle of dish soup provided for those of us who prefer to wash dishes by hand as we only used a bowl and spoon once in awhile. We were provided with one dishwashing machine soup packet for over a week's stay. The bathroom was very clean and hot water was plentiful. Amenities were okay, but I'm glad I brought my own...

“The area was great… so we checked in, we got the room with a king bed and a sofa bed. To start bed pillow had a bunch of white short hair I’m assuming it was Cat’s hair nasty and all along the carpet obviously they didn’t vacuum. Luckily we weren’t allergic. The other big issue and very important the sofa mattress I had to switch with my son since the mattress was completely uncomfortable and they were brand new according to the hotel staff. “The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated.”
