Hotel vicino a Holykart - Roma

“Camera pulita, personale gentile 5 stelle meritate”

“Camere trasandate sporche e senza manutenzione. Kit cortesia minimali con dosatori sapone a parete sporchi. Doccia terribile. Aree ristorazione sporche.

“Discreto”

“The best thing about this property is the way the property manager treats the costumers. Also the security is outstanding. Even though it is an older building it's very clean.”

“We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4. However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app. And we wish the AC was cooler. Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc. Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to...

“The room was clean. Excellent communication with the staff on WhatsApp. The AC was not cooling the room down so I had to use the ventilator which got me sick on my last day in Rome (thankfully the weather was not hot, so I could handle the warmth) The location was not ideal as Centocelle is not the safest place in Rome and it’s very smelly, but manageable.”

“Tutto perfetto”
