“The whole place is just nasty”

“This was obviously a very nice, or let’s say above average property when built. However, for a variety of reasons, this hotel is beginning to deteriorate in numerous ways. For my money if I were in this town again I would look for a better option. In Expedia we were told the breakfast was highly rated, we disagree. It’s an average to slightly below average offering. “Asking front desk if they have coffee and they ask if you are a guest there not my type of customer service ”

“Pros: Nice large, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Cons: The water in the shower never gets truly hot and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to even be warm. The accessible room we booked was only truly accessible once you were inside, there were two heavy swinging doors that you must go through to get the room.”

“My rom was very clean. The building is quiet. The property is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to the Beavercreek-Dayton Country Inn & Suites. ”

“Our room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didn’t notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive.”

“The breakfast was okay but food was burnt and dry and needs more waffle makers because of long lines. Of course we were there during play offs and so was crowded and busy. Coffee good and am sure the one person trying to keep up was overwhelmed. Clean rooms staff great.”

“Smoke alarm was beeping low battery late at night. I tried to see if there was a way to turn it off and then the alarm went off even though there was no smoke or fire. I couldn't find any button or way to shut it off. I called the front desk and they were able to get it shut off, then it kept beeping again so they sent someone up to help.”
