“This was the perfect pick for a hometown feel. The property was beautiful inside and out, rooms were clean, the housekeeping staff was excellent and so was the front desk. The restaurant inside the property was an added touch, with fresh homestead breakfast and lunch options that were delicious. The resturant staff was polite and had amazing customer service. “This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. There is a local college at which many of the staff attend when not working at the hotel. The hotel offers snacks...

“We arrived with no water for the first night and next morning. On the second night we did not have water until after 7:00 p.m. and then no hot water. Out of 3 night stay we had hot water for only one night. No refund was offered or given because 'we booked through Expedia'.”

“We had a blast staying here for a soccer tournament. When we had to cut our stay short, staff was extremely helpful. Kids loved the unique lobby with games and pool table. The breakfast was really decent and easy to navigate. Room was simple and clean, comfortable. Great for families! Excellent, friendly staff who all seemed happy to be working there which always says a lot about management. We will stay again, thank you!”

“The breakfast had nothing healthy except oatmeal. The room had empty shower gel and soap containers. I always check for bed bugs. When I removed the sheets I discovered a very very large Urine stain on the mattress . I paid $550 for this 2 night stay.”
