Case in affitto a Homer

“This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59...

“The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. ”

“Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with.”

“Basically as advertised, but the property needs maintenance. Stairs to the front door are broken and dangerous. The grill is a joke and totally unusable. We spent the first hours killing ants and roaches. Layout and location are good, but needs attention and cleaning.”

“The home is very clean and good for a family or a group of friends. The hosts were excellent communicators. If you are traveling with a person in a wheelchair, they may need help up the ramp, which is a little steep. It is a gift to have an accessible home available, and the hosts were accommodating.”

“It was a bigger property than expected. Really very clean, lots of towels and didn’t expect the complimentary coffee station. So overall it was perfect for what we needed.”
