“The hotel staff was awesome. We loved the location as well. It felt like an authentic Hawaiian hotel. The first night was the only issue we had. We were placed in a room right above the restaurant, and it was very laid until 10PM. Afterwards, we could still hear the staff moving tables, etc. We talked tot the front desk as we were moved to a higher floor, and we got a new amazing view of diamond head and the ocean. We were very happy with the new room. ”
