“Accidentally left an item in the room upon departure. Called back the same day, then numerous times the next two days. Told someone would check with housekeeping and call back. Never received a call back. The last front desk individual I spoke with was belligerent and offered no help claiming they were too busy. This is certainly less than expected at a Wyndham property.”

“Much of the property has been renovated and a pleasing to the eye. The big downfall was the stair wells. The stairwells were filthy and looked like they had been used buy homeless invividuals, who left their filth behind. The sidedoor entrances where unsecure.”

“WIFI is a little slow if you get a room that is far from the router box”

“The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!”

“Ended our trip a day early due to room dirty liquor bottles all over room we had children with us also there was no internet no tv and the pool was closed which wasent listed on website and one of the reason we choose this hotel staff was rude didn’t even try to help the situation asked 3 different employees to remove the open liquor bottles and still the day we ended up leaving they were still in the room the ice machine on our floor was broken was not a good vacation at all exapecially having...

“the shower curtain it's to be replaced”

“Breakfast was good didn't change from day to day. Room was clean but bathroom door catch extremely dangerous. It cost me 10 stiches' in my hand. and was not addressed when reported.”

“My room was clean, and the staff was professional and polite. I had access to both air conditioning, and it was working during some hours when it was hot. And overall, my stay was comfortable. If I come back to Tennessee, I would make my stay there again and recommend anyone who needs to plan for a budget stay.”
