The rooms were in very poor condition, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, we found bed bugs during our stay, which is completely unacceptable. “The property was clean but it is a bit run down. It was conveniently located for our day trips to Block Island, Newport and Providence but there are little things like broken elevator buttons, broken shower soap dispensers and a rusty toilet that give it a run down appearance”
