“This place is not what you think. Old, dirty, outlets not working, and the shower didn't work.”

“The outside is well maintained. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The floors were sticky. Looks like they are trying to renovate some of the rooms.”

“When I arrived I was told that my room was being deep cleaned because someone was living in the room for 8 months and she had just moved out when I left and came back at check in time there were nats In the room I told the manger she didn’t offer to move me and when I asked about another room she said they were booked but I stayed for a week because I didn’t have any where else to go at the time I had to get all my own supplies to kill the infection in the room but the rooms she said were booked...

“We had an excellent stay at The Allen House Bed & Brunch. The place was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The owner/operators were some of the nicest people you could meet. We even met the father-in-law when we arrived — he was outside landscaping and taking care of the property, which really showed how much pride they take in the place. Breakfast the next morning was outstanding with lots of options to choose from. We had the biscuits and gravy, which were excellent, and they even served...

“Strong odor of smoking near my room”

“Had 2 pleasant rooms, everything was wonderful. I made our room reservations online and decided to book but was disappointed because hotel information distance from BW hotel to Ilani Casino is 5.9 miles ONLY. BUT came to find out when we checked in that we have either direction drive 53 minutes just to go to the casino!!! NEED TO CORRECT INFORMATION ON THE HOTEL INFO SO OTHERS WON'T EXPERIENCE THE SAME PROBLEM WE BADLY ENCOUNTERED. Otherwise our BW hotel overnight stay was alright 👍. ...
