“The ground floor room was clean except for an awful pet (dog) smell. I was told it was not a pet room but the smell of dog urine was overwhelming. They could not accommodate moving us to another room. They had housekeeping spray the room which helped somewhat but soon wore off. They did not make up our room after the 2nd night, so we had to get towels from reception. The reception staff were polite and tried to help. “When we arrived, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled due to "over booking". I made the reservation 2 months in advance. Never received notice that it had been cancelled. The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all and didn't offer any help or compassion about our reservation being cancelled. “The room was awful!!! The bathroom did not look as if had actually been clean. Hair all over the floors, toilet shower. Tooth paste on sink, mirror was dirty, hair in the bed sheets. Asked for a refund on second night and was suppose to have communication later in the day, and owners did not reach out. Still have not had any communication or refund. So will be following up again!”
