“The design of the apartments is lovely and sooooo quiet. Brilliantly positioned and easy to access. Easy parking right outside the gate or at The George.
The staff at The George were very helpful and directed us to some great food. Especially ice creams! ”

“When I booked this Motel I didn't realize that how good this Motel was going to be. It might have been quite a new Motel but everything about this stay was great. From the booking to the welcome was great for us. The unit was very tidy, clean and very suitable for us. I do need to say how great the nice big shower was.
We will be back again soon.”

“Recption staff Aman and Mamgerial staff Zaman were welcoming and courteous. 2 small concerns we had upon check in were delt with promtly and personally checked on by the manager. He even wrote us a hand written not to assure us of the hotel's standard! Our room was a beautiful 2 level suite. Paying for parking in their convenient and secure s4cure self service garage was great.
The location was wonderful. Everything was within walkable distance. The Tram station across the street gave easy...

“Clean rooms, great decor/design and facilities within the room. The usual kettle, iron, hairdryer but also the facilities to make basic meals if needed. Overall a very relaxing place, lovely friendly staff. The hotel exudes style, competence and professionalism. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful despite the slightly compact restaurant space. City centre walkable within 10 mins and plenty of fantastic eateries for dinner nearby. ”

“Return visit after 35 years ! It has gone a bit more upmarket but overall had not changed much . Still very comfortable, clean and convenient for everything beautiful Christchurch has to offer. Loved George the bear who went on to travel all over New Zealand for 3 month with us . Hope to be back before the next 35 years ! ”
