“Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos.”

“Not as good as expected. Had many issues with room that were annoying: -9 little lights on switches and a larger power button on bedroom mirror prevented the room from getting dark (just small night light in bathroom would have been more than sufficient) -Shower had a rain head (with we do not like) and the other head is a “bar” which puts out a “strip” of water. Does not work well. -Sound insulation was OK - could hear quite a bit from other rooms -Loud creak in floor at foot of bed -Door...

“Road noise was terrible next to the main road in Cambridge. Had terrible night sleep. No shower curtain. The fridge was not stable when opening it. It was cheap deal for a king bed and single bed though.”

“The entrance from the road can be a bit difficult to see. Lovely caretaker and very spacious 2 bedroom unit.”

“I went there for 4 days during my honeymoon. The staff was great and helped us a lot. Around the hotel there's a lot of restaurants, but you can also have dinner at theirs, it's really good. It's nice they have also a self laundry, very important for us who were travelling for a lot of days. Everything is really clean and the structure is recently built, everything is in great conditions. The rooms are bigger than expected and very comfortable. We loved the spa, very romantic and open until...

“ Very upset to find out there is no proper wash basin in the bathroom with no mirror available. Tiny hand basin to wash face. This is disappointing not to have basic requirements on a motel room. Long delay in getting hot water. ”

“Yes bar was good but cleanliness and amenities were not dirty bathrooms toilet seats are yellow. The wifi DOES NOT work at all even on a phone it doesnt work. they charged me $30 usd for a key that i 100% put back in the box and it wasnt damaged or anything… scammers imo when the wifi doesnt work and then you also take more money after ive been gone for 1 week is crazy.”

“Our room was clean and comfortable, though the walls are papert hin and we could hear everything from the accommodation next door. The grounds needed some cleaning up as there was a big pile of rubbish at the gateway to the entrance of our accommodation and the laundry facilities were very dirty.”
