“I didn't know that there is no staff onsite and that reception is at a different motel that is further than walking distance away. I found this out after I booked. The lights on the outside of the building and lack of good curtains meant that room 1 was not dark at night. I asked to be moved which the staff were happy to oblige. “ Very upset to find out there is no proper wash basin in the bathroom with no mirror available. Tiny hand basin to wash face. This is disappointing not to have basic requirements on a motel room. Long delay in getting hot water. ”

I could hear everything that the neighbours above and beside me talking about and walking and a screaming child. The plus for this is that it’s close to the hospital, but definitely not worth the price.”
