“Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!”

“This was the perfect place for a summer vacation! Nice and cool. The resort shuttle was extremely helpful getting to downtown and giving us suggestions. We parked our car and the only time we needed it was when we left town. Would stay here again!”

“The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication!”

“Unfortunately, I did asked for a pet friendly room, but I ended up not bringing my pet. The room carpet and sofa had a real dog smell. No a/c.”

“Location with parking as promised except the written commitment for parking on day of departure was DENIED. told it is a holiday. Yep and we paid holiday rates and have an email about 11a checkout with parking included til 12n. Nope. Dirty floors and woodwork so had to wash your feet before bed. Holes in the bathroom door where towel hooks used to be, missing lightbulbs. Mattress too small for the bed resulting in constantly running into the footboard and bruises. Advised front desk and...
