“My husband broke his leg and was unable to travel. We reached out to both Hotels.com and the Village at Breck V4224 and neither was able to change the date for our stay. We are very disappointed.”

“The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication!”
