“Great dog friendly room and pub to visit. We only stayed one night - it was a nice location from the new forest. Dinner was delicious, my partner said it was perhaps the best pie he’s ever had, and the included breakfast was well worth it. Only suggested improvement could be a new carpet for the room, but this is always tricky for a dog friendly room. ”

“Booked for a 1-night stay for work. Great welcome and shown to room (in room 3). Lovely room, good TV and wifi. Bed was very comfortable, ensuite was great and heated. Own thermostat in room. Small desk to work at (if required). Nice touch of being able to get fresh milk for tea and coffee in lobby just before going into room, as well as bottled water. “Fabulous stay - loved it! Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldn’t eat it all. Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late. Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends.”

“We had a great stay here. The room was quiet and spacious, with plenty of storage plus a table and 2 bucket chairs as well as a dressing table and chair. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was bright with a good sized shower including a rainfall as well as a shower hose. The breakfast was also excellent. The staff were helpful too.”
