“ Newly Remodeled”-Beautifully decorated lake front home with amazing views of Lake Desoto. Enjoy the large patio decks from the living area all the way to the Master bedroom that provides outdoor sitting and relaxation. Large open floor plan to host family gatherings, ladies shopping trips, or buddy golf groups. Walk down to the lake on the rock path into your kayak and explore Lake Desoto and the area. The home is located centrally just minutes from downtown Hot Springs and all the areas tourist attractions. Closely situated by Waypoint Marina, lighted pickleball courts with playground equipment and miniature golf for the kids. Surrounded by golf courses throughout the village with hiking trails and bike paths for you to explore. The lake view was our favorite part of the house. The weather was warm enough for some to go kayaking. But even when it got colder the view was still amazing and the house was comfortable.
Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.
Family puzzle time at the table.
Family games were fun too.
Kayaking was fun too!

This is our second time staying here and as before it was a wonderful time! Rodney is a wonderful host and the home was clean and welcoming. It is a perfect place to escape with our family. I’m sure we will be back again.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. Easy walk to the water and close to the front gate. We can't wait to stay again. My kids said the wifi was top tier! Lol

Girls Trip

This house is fab!! The pictures don’t do it justice! A beautiful lake view from the whole back of the house was such a treat! The house is fully stocked with all the amenities you need and everything is so organized. We wish we could have stayed longer. The location in Hot Springs Village is a perfect distance from town and close to a store. We only drove a few minutes to get to all of the important things to see in town (Bathhouse Row, shops, some hiking, casino, etc). Hoping to come back with family in the future and would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Amazing and Comfortable

This place was amazingly comfortable for us, we had 4 adults and 5 children and we had no issues with sleeping arrangements. The owners are very responsive and helpful and the place is absolutely beautiful.

This home was perfect for our family of 8! It was clean. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The view of the lake was beautiful. And we were an easy drive away from downtown Hot Springs. We had an amazing time!

Great home and location!

Nice clean home with fully equipped kitchen and great views of the lake from deck and interior. Very quiet neighbors. We prepared dinners 4 out of 5 nights there and had everything we needed including a very nice Webber grill. Would recommend for up to 3 couples or a family with kids.

House on the lake

It had an amazing view and the inside of the home was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. There is nothing like waking up to a view of water in a very comfortable bed.

Great comfy home!

This home is top notch. Owner thought of everything! Great communication, great location, clean and fabulous open space for karaoking! 😂 We were a family of 6 adults and everyone had a wonderful time by the lake and at the house. Thanks Rodney, for keeping a clean/up dated house!
