Questa spaziosa casa a un piano di 1800 mq con tre camere da letto e due bagni può ospitare da 6 a 8 persone.

Si trova sulla sponda meridionale del lago DeSoto nella comunità turistica di Hot Springs Village. Ha una fantastica posizione fronte lago che si traduce in una vista panoramica sul lago DeSoto. Abbiamo migliorato il canale di drenaggio naturale che va dai boschi al lago sul lato della proprietà aggiungendo una pompa per renderlo un rilassante ruscello gorgogliante che puoi goderti la sera sul ponte o sul molo.

Nuoto, pesca, canottaggio ed escursioni sono a portata di mano. Per i golfisti del tuo gruppo, il numero e la qualità dei campi da golf di Hot Springs Village sono leggendari.

Come si può vedere dalle foto, il paesaggio presenta le Azalee Encore che fioriscono durante tutto l'anno! La casa dispone di tre kayak, una pedalò, giubbotti di salvataggio e giochi d'acqua / galleggianti. La grande barca / molo per il nuoto può ospitare la vostra barca o una delle nostre barche pontone che è disponibile per il noleggio dai nostri ospiti.

La casa è facilmente raggiungibile dall'ingresso principale del Villaggio, essendo appena fuori da DeSoto Blvd e solo a circa tre miglia dal Villaggio. La città termale di Hot Springs è a meno di mezz'ora di distanza e offre numerosi luoghi e attrazioni. Questi includono gallerie d'arte, negozi di antiquariato, musei, giardini botanici, parco divertimenti, corse di cavalli a Oaklawn Park, ecc., Ecc. Una ricchezza di interessanti opportunità ricreative.

Nice size house. Plenty of room for 6 adults and two kids. Comfy beds, plenty of parking, we had 4 vehicles. Great communication with owner. Great location! Beautiful view of the lake. Kayaks, canoe and paddle boat was so fun. Nice dock to fish on. Peaceful and quiet except for our laughter. Porch is huge and great for family game time.

Beautiful view of the lake, great for morning coffee on the porch. Had a great time with the kiddo’s on the paddle boat and kayaking! Beds were very comfortable and the homes layout had tons of room!

We had a great experience. Check in was easy and went very smoothly. The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. We had an issue with the dish washer, but Cor worked to fix it immediately. The kitchen appliances all work well. I am sure most people don't like to cook on vacation, but I do. It would be helpful to have a large fry pan, instead of the small ones.

Beautiful Lake Views

Cor's place was great! Most of the time was spent on the relaxing deck looking at the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful vacation there and hope to go back next year!!

Perfect

Everything was breathtaking we just celebrated our wedding anniversary of four years, and it could not have been any perfect my husband grilled we use the canoe. We even sat out on the boat. It was great. Would love to come visit the same exact place every year.

Incredible Views

Location, location, location. The house was very spacious with great views of the lake from the balcony and dock. Beautiful sunsets. Cor was very friendly and answered any question in a timely matter. Would rent again.

Nice place to stay

The covered deck above the lake was our favorite about the property. The house was what we expected it was clean, comfortable and had what we needed for the most part. The grill is subpar and there wasn’t any baggies or foil just an fyi. Walmart will deliver to the property so we just placed an order for the things we needed. If back in the area we would stay at this property again.

Great lake view

A great location and view of the lake. Inside needs some work. Bathroom ceiling’s falling in. Carpet has stains and rips in the couch. The master bed has a plastic mattress cover so we couldn’t sleep on it because it would get sticky. The owner recently had surgery so hopefully he will be able to address the issues soon.

Relaxing

The place was clean and the porch was so relaxing to have a cup of coffee before our busy days at the crystal mines. At night we sat on the decks watching boats go by. Nice n quiet area.

Great Outside But..

This review is hard because this rental is such a mixed bag. The owner was very nice. The outside space and view are definitely worth the price, but the outside furniture is uncomfortable and falling apart. The house is spacious, but it is not well maintained and only surface level clean. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked but appliances are old and unreliable.

Great location!

We’ve stayed at this property many many times and another one of Cor’s houses as well! He’s always been great to deal with, quick to respond when needed. I will say just to be upfront and honest it might be time to upgrade a few of the house appliances, the side of the fridge was rusty and the vent hood was quite dirty and it kinda gross my wife out.some. Dishwasher gave us some issues but Cor was all over that like a fat man on a cheesecake! We did feel the cleaning crew could do a better job on a few things but this is not way made our experience any worse. We love this location and dealing with Cor is always a joy! We even got to meet his wife in town at the art gallery and she was just wonderful as well.

Views are wonderful. Kids enjoyed the dock, swimming, Pedal boat and kayaks. Lake is amazing. Beach is very clean. Most of all Mr. Cor is a wonderful man and very attentive to any of your needs, all you have to do is ask Thank you for a wonderful week Mr. Cor We will be back with the rest of our family with possibly the bigger house Thanks again
