Welcome to this 2023 newly built home! With open concept living, comfortable furnishings, brand new beds and plenty of space, this home is perfect for your next vacation! In the living room, enjoy the Electric Anti Gravity Reclining Loveseat, with phone chargers included, plus comfortable leather couches to laze back on, and a large Roku TV. The fireplace is electric and available at the flick of a switch! The Master Suite is relaxing, with a King Sized Ergo Adjustable Bed, Roku TV, and a large Master Closet. The En suite Bath has a bright, walk in shower, double sinks and a private commode. There are two more bedrooms with Queen Size Ergo adjustable beds, and a bath to share! The Kitchen is fully loaded with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker and an air fryer toaster oven. On the back deck, there are Anti Gravity lawn chairs and an Outdoor dining space.

Please note* The driveway is steep, but once you have the garage door opener, it is easy to enter home.

Located on the East side of the Village, you will be close to restaurants, a liquor store and Balboa Beach and Marina. This beautiful home will be a wonderful place for your future vacations! See You soon!

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Pets are permitted

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.

For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
