“Issue I had was with staff. Not sure if the person who helped me was inexperienced but she charged my card 4x which locked my card and then told me my card was declined. My bank confirmed the charge went through. It was a daunting experience after I’ve been traveling that day for 10 hours. My service experience was terrible but the property was great. Hotel common areas and rooms were clean. Beds comfy. Shower spacious. Overall okay. ”

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn, and overall, my experience was quite mixed. The check-in process was easy and efficient, which I appreciated after a long journey. One of the highlights for me was the airport transfer service, which operates from 4 AM to 1 AM. This was incredibly convenient for my early flight, although I noticed the website mentioned a fee of $10 per day, but I ended up paying over $11.
