“I needed to be in one of the Handicapped rooms (101). Absolutely nothing electrical worked except the lights and little refrigerator. No A/C-Heater; no TV, no fun! It was a later night check in for me, I was exhausted, and I wasn’t up to change rooms once all my luggage was there. This is really unacceptable, even though renovations were happening. The room should have been fixed before placing a customer there!!!”

“The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is updating to be more currant and up to Wyndham resorts standards. Great price for the night with Breakfast and shuttle to and from airport. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
If you don’t mind a bit of an aged room ( decore) but great customer service….this place is it. Going to be really great once everything is updated.”

“They advertise pets stay free but I was charged for both my dogs I’ve stayed in other hotels that are pet friendly and are super clean this property was not even one of the beds smelled like pee couldn’t sleep people where playing loud music at all times it was a very unpleasant stay”

“First off, when you drive up to the place you can't even tell it's a hotel. It looks like an abandoned parking lot and site. There are no signs stating it's a Ramada on the building. When you walk in, the lobby is empty, no artwork, no clean carpets or seating just empty space. Then further down you see a seating area with a super dirty brown couch and an even dirtier beige carpet that is stained. The snacks area has barely any snacks to buy, the breakfast is HORRIBLE and cheap to say the least,...
