“I usually really have only good things to say about this place. Never book with the front desk.. charge quite a bit more than Expedia. TV did not work but woman at front desk tried a few times to fix it. Breakfast was nonexistent. Coffee was empty or broken . Shuttle was available even late at night. I parked for almost 2 weeks at a cheap rate. So overall not a horrible place ! Some of staff super helpful and knowledgeable others did not know what they were doing.”

“In case you don’t see it in the “fine print” their pool is closed from April till November! When I mentioned that didn’t make sense because those are the warmer months I received no response. Once I complained to an Expedia virtual agent, the photos of the outdoor pool were removed. I only booked this hotel because of the photo of the pool and once we found out there was no pool it sent my 5 year old into hysterics.
