“The room wasn't as clean as it could be. Trash was left on the pull out bed which had a urine smell. There was only one small waste basket in a room that sleeps 6. The Hotel charges an additional $2.80 fee for(I don't even recall) once you check in. The bathroom is in need of upgrades. The bathtub was not very clean in presentation. Our stay was only one night so we tolerated but these things should be addressed for customers staying longer.”

“The fumes from the grill in the dining /reception area was overpowering during the check in process. The receptionist wasn’t welcoming. The elevators could not handle the traffic and were very slow.. Even though breakfast was included in our booking my family and I were turned away from the dining room to go verify payment at reception and present tickets. This hotel didn’t recognize Hilton Gold star membership. There were not clothes hangers in the room and the a/c temp could not be adjusted”

Ho ricevuto la conferma della prenotazione NON RIMBORSABILE.
Ho guidato 30 km per raggiungere l’hotel e quando mi sono presentato al desk, senza neppure guardare il numero della prenotazione, mi hanno detto che non c’era nessuna camera disponibile.
Insistendo ho chiesto di controllare il numero della prenotazione e l’operatrice ha cancellato la prenotazione davanti a me!!!
Ho dovuto prenotare un’altra struttura e guidare ancora 25 km.

“We understand that the hotel was under construction. However, the room that we stayed and should’ve never have been occupied by any customer. “At arrival we weren’t told where room was located. We were just given the key. We later found out we had to walk to a separate wing of the hotel. Pool isn’t open - which was a bummer. Location of the property doesn’t seem the best. At night, you can hear people slamming doors (2/3am), cars speeding by.”

“I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s a little steep in price at least when I booked it was but I loved the room layout. It was super spacious and the kitchen was helpful! The breakfast in the morning was actually the best free breakfast I’ve had at a hotel thus far. I’d definitely come back”
