“We were super surprised at how awesome everything was at the hotel. Lily and Roland took care of us with a smile on their face and genuine welcome when we arrived. Room was great for the price and more expensive properties were all around us. The breakfast was awesome and had everything but the waffles, which was fine for us. We saved several hundred dollars by staying here and it was greatly worth it! 10/10”

“As a Hilton Honors member, this was by far the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had.
I stayed at this DoubleTree in Denver for four nights, and the level of service was extremely disappointing. Despite making two separate requests, my room was never freshened up during my stay. Housekeeping simply did not follow through.
To make matters worse, I had to repeatedly request coffee refills for my room every single day. Something as basic as keeping the in-room coffee stocked should not require...
