“Rooms very clean! Toilet broke during our stay and we had to turn the water off after each use. They offered a new room but said they would fix it the next morning so we declined. After two days toilet still wasn’t fixed. Breakfast is good but depends on who is working how well it’s stocked. Jocelyn does an excellent job and is very friendly and helpful. All the staff is very kind and friendly.”

“We arrived around 10:30 pm. There was no attendant at the front desk, only a note to call the attendant. I called and no one picked up, but the phone up front rang loudly. It took about 4 minutes for the attendant to come down and check us in. As we walked to our room on the 2nd floor we caught the smell of marijuana. Room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was great. The attendant at the breakfast was cheerful and helpful.”

“We were in town to visit my son and this hotel was such a disappointment. Almost everything that could go wrong did. First of all, after a very long day and tired and "hangry", our check in took over 40 minutes. The desk clerk didn't seem to know what she was doing, and this didn't start off our visit well. Next, excited to relax in the hotel tub, we were told that the hot tub was out of service. Very dispapointed because this is the main reason we booked this hotel. We went into the room...
