“The hotel was great and very clean!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included, however we purchased breakfast from Coaches restaurant and it was worth it! Very good food.

“I had to switch rooms. The first room, the towel bar had fallen and the AC would not turn on but the young lady at the front desk helped me and it wasn't an issue (I didn't want to be charged for damages!)

“The hotel itself is excellent—brand new, clean, modern, and well maintained. The amenities and overall atmosphere made for a pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, our check-in experience on the evening of May 31 was disappointing. The front desk associate was on a phone call for about ~10–15 minutes while guests waited in line and did not acknowledge anyone waiting. A simple greeting or update would have gone a long way. When we finally checked in, it was difficult to get clear answers to questions...

“This will be my one & only stay at this motel. I wasn't expecting much, but I was nervous about sleeping here. Stains on the floor, walls & shower curtain left me with trepidations. The toilet was frightening because not only the toilet seat move, the ENTIRE commode did as well! Also, I've never had place that wanted to charge EXTRA for a late checkout of 2 hrs.... UNACCEPTABLE!
The only good attributes are that it's near great public transportation & close the airport.

“Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!”
