“This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. No room housekeeping. 1 day out of 7. Had to go down to get clean towels because no one ever brought them to me. Breakfast was so-so. Not the normal at other Hampton Inns. I DID NOT GET HILTON POINTS FOR THIS STAY FROM HILTON. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE INTERESTED GO TO THE HILTON GARDEN INN NEXT DOOR!”

“The worst… Booked via Expedia, input the wrong card information.
Literally called hotel within 5 minutes of noticing my mistake, and asked could they update my card information.
They told me, they couldn’t, and I had to call Expedia.
Called Expedia, same song and dance. I told them to cancel the reservation at this point because that’s ridiculous I can’t edit a reservation within 10 minutes of booking it.
I can understand days, not 10 minutes.
Hotel charged me for a week, and I requested...

“I like the location the rooms need
updating, our bathtub wasn't cleaned properly hair was still in shower and a ring was around the tub. The coffee maker was there with a old dried up filter in it, The dispensers in bathroom weren't in right spot the shower gel was on sink no soap bars .The shower head is disgusting need cleaning and to top it off the elevators stopped working A lot of updating needed in this spot”

“All features mentioned on their profile are not true. They said they offer airport shuttle and WiFi, however there is no WiFi and no airport shuttle. They offered me the second floor, however no elevator, I had to carry my luggage on the stairs myself with no assistance from the staff. They said they offer breakfast, however they offered just cereal and milk. Extremely poor breakfast. The hotel name is Quality In, however it is the worst quality service that hotel would offer. I highly recommend...
