“The staff was as helpful as they could be. 1st our room didn’t have a trash can. 2nd the fold out couch mattress had springs sticking out of the mattress. 3rd the hot water for the shower only got to warm and the control handle is wrong. When put to hot the water is cold and when put to put it’s cold. The middle was warm. 4th Bathroom door would not shut and lock. 5th the hot tub is out of order. 6th the pool water was cold even though it’s indoor. Overall for $180/night this is the worst hotel...

“This hotel is wonderfully appointed- Fabulous reception area - They have an evening reception (not sure it is every night but was on our stay) - two free drinks each and nibbles.
The rooms are huge and have all mod con amenities.
Located near the baseball park for the Amarillo Minor league team.
