“I had reserved a king bed. Once I got into the room I saw I only had a queen bed. Went to front desk to get it switched and they said all kings were taken. Lady did not try to help at all. Rooms smell like smoke and bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.”

“The pool was closed all weekend, leaving guests without access. Breakfast was quite limited, offering only oatmeal, cereal, waffles, yogurt, and some fruit, much of which was already gone. The ceiling above the bathtub leaked whenever the room above us used water, creating a persistent drip. Inside the room, there was only a tiny trash can, and the drawers tended to stick.
